I have my ideas on what I have gathered but want some unbiased opinions.
Can ask for some more pictures of others in the tank as there are a total of 7. Seems to reproduce by splitting only 7 have resulted from 15 years of this tank running. Mushroom was acquired small in 2004. Full grown seems to be about 7-8".

Looks like bubba Gump Mushroom ( part of Rhoadctis family)
