What is this shroom? Its got fuzzy red specks (uniformly) and it looks like a greenish base

Thats kind of what I thought but online they and in the market they tend to look a bit more "spectacular" that ones in this tank. Maybe due to the not super great lighting?

Most likely a mixture of both things you mentioned. A cool rhodactis nonetheless
