Mushroom ID

Hey everybody.. trying to ID this mushroom..is it discoma? (wrong spelling im sure)..and also what is the cob webby stuff? Is it normal, or unhealthy? Any advice is great thanks.

Looks like rhodactis and looks fine to me. Sometimes under our lighting rhodactis especially develop bubbles. Essentially it's becoming a bounce mushroom would be my guess lol
