Mushroom invaders

I have half a dozen mushrooms that have attached to my front glass and are steadily climbing. Scrap them off or is there some way to save them?

wow i’ve actually never seen that… mushrooms climbing glass :mindblown:

How many did you start with? May just have become too concentrated in that area? Carefully scraping them off won't really hurt them but they will need a low flow area to attach to something else.

I would say pretty cool,but that looks actually pretty annoying.

Scrape with a razor blade and suck them out....unless you really, really like them, but it seems they are fully settled into your tank and not going away.

I would use a credit card and gently pry them off the glass. Then put the shrooms on some rubble in a low flow area or in a "shroom cage" or tupperware.

I removed some bubble tip anemones with ice. maybe that will work! They peeled foot off in seconds! It was crazy!

I was just thinking about you as I read this.

Someone near you will have the same situation. I’m in Ca but if start cleaning my tank I could send you some by mail to see if they can make it in a two day box?

I am in Florida so not sure how that would work out.
