I have these mushrooms that are growing like wildfire. They are growing large and covering up other coral as well as hindering their growth. Removing the rock and taking them off is not an option.
Anyway to kill them or reduce their growth?

I’ve tried cutting and scraping with a razor but they just grow right back.

The only way I was successful removing them was to cut the rock with bone cutters at the base and remove them with part of the rock.

If you blast them with flow you might make them mad enough to detach and then you can put them in a box to hold them and trade them in.

I'd love one like that. I have some red ones that are the same way

Green hairy mushrooms.. very invasive and aggressive, these need to be on their own rock away from everything else and monitored closely. I would do whatever it takes to remove them from your rock structure or it’s just a matter of time the will completely overrun your tank.
