Mushroom Lighting

I have a frag tank that I just set up a AI Vega light, I hung the light to one side of my frag tank to keep the other side low light for fragging mushrooms. I tested PAR and it's at 25-35. I ordered a blue LED light strip to hang over shrooms because at our LFS that's about all he has on his shroom tanks. What's the PAR level to shoot for shrooms?

I've heard anything under 50 par, would kind of like to hear what you guys have your mushrooms under

I have them at anywhere from 60 to 150 but when I frag I keep them on the sides in around 60 par. (LED)

Maybe thats why I can't keep ironman shrooms they always move down and eventually let go/drift away. All the others seem happy though. My bounce is in about 80 par I think, since the beginning. I was actually thinking about moving it into a bit more light.
