Mushroom wont open

Hi all. Ive had a small green mushroom for 1 week and it won't open. I placed it near the top of my rockwork shielded from flow and in good light.

Phosphate 0.8 (raised for dino battle)
Nitrate 20ppm (raised for dino battle)
Salinity 1.024
Alk 8.9
Calc 420


What do you think could be the issue? Here is a video of it:

Mushrooms like low light. I'd move it lower, maybe even slightly under one of those caves.
