Happy Sunday
Soo I have a mushroom frag that was poorly glued and the mushroom detached. Will the mushroom reattached to a rock if I have it sitting on the rock or will I need to glue it or what?
Here's a picture of what it looks like since it came detached...

At the risk of asking a stupid question, is the white thing in the middle a piece of the rock below, or did they come attached to the white thing which was then glued to a frag plug?

If it is part of the rock, it looks like they found a spot on their own. You can leave them be. If it is separate from the rock, you can just glue that chunk to your rock wherever you want them.

I had a could float around the tank for about a week then the mushrooms attached themselves to different rocks and the have not move in the past year.

I've never had luck with gluing shrooms. If it will stay were its at it will probably attach itself. If not you may need to put it in a container with some rubble until it attaches. Then you can take it and glue it wherever.

The mushroom opens and closes randomly so that white thing is the bottom of the mushroom and some curled up and is showing right now

They just bobbed around the tank for a week and just ended up finding is own rock?
So just let it be?
I've had it for about 2 or so weeks and it just came off the frag last night...

Yes, it will find a happy spot and reattach. Hopefully it will happen someplace you want it to be!
