Mushrooms disease (discosoma)

Does anyone know what mushroom's disease is this ?
is there any solution?
I lost so many mushrooms by this disease.

Symptom: 1.detach from the rocks or bases --> 2. some black tissue appears in the bottom of the mushrooms -->3.be penetrated or be cut --> 4. Ulcerated tissue(brown) in the wound-->5.keep melting until die...

i am unfamiliar with this, but i recently lost my OG bounce to a similar reaction(minus the ulcer. it just detached, got smaller and lost its bubbles and color)

In my experience they detach as away to find a new location because their current one isn’t ideal. My mushrooms will do this when my nutrients get depleted or I move a colony of them to a spot that has the lights too high or too low…
