Mushrooms- How to take them off a rock

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to take shrooms off a rock without kill them. I know you can cut them down the middle of the mouth to make them split, but they are starting to take over part of my tank. I don't want to kill them I would like to give back to the community if I could and give away some.

Also with "babies" I always see videos of people placing them into a basket filled with rubble pieces. How do y'all take the babies off the rock?

this method with the flat tipped screwdrive takes the whole mushroom out attached to a rock portion. you could easily replant them, I tossed mine in the trash as they'd taken over.

removing aiptasia is 100% the same as removing corallimorphs.

I would probably just pull off the foot. Then place in a basketball with rubble for a week so they can attach their foot. best of luck!
