Mushrooms turning white

Sup guys I have two mushrooms that are turning white and not opening…they was healthy wen I got them colorful…all other corals in tank happy…had them for 3 months…here a few pics of them..wen I got them and now there is about 70 to 80 par. I do no water changes I dose all for reef

The mushrooms likely have inadequate light intensity and are expelling zooxanthellae and turning white. They need moderate light intensity and occasional meal consisting of mysis shrimp
Also don’t blast them with aggressive water flow

How much par should give them? 150? There at 80 right now I am haveing a hard time getting the par on sand bed higher with out puting to much par on my lps corals…would a t5 hybrid light fixture help with this?
