So i picked up my first mushroom about 3 days ago. I placed it in low light low flow area of my tank and yesterday i did a double take when i walked by my tank. I know very little about mushrooms but i was floored at the increase in size. When purchased it wasn't much bigger than a penny, its a green mushroom, nothing fancy and was only 10 dollars. In three days it has at least tripled in size! It looks great and is in the same spot i placed it. How quickly can these corals grow? Is it just rally content so is fully "open"? How quickly can they multiply? They are very cool looking corals and like i said i am amazed at the increase in size. No pics because i didn't take one the first day so there is no way to compare the size from before and now. Interested to hear your responses....
