What kind of water do you use for top off and water changes? I assume that you are in Florida, if so are you using well water?

Is the RO/DI hooked to a well?
Thats I my house was set up when I lived in Florida. My RO/DI unit was hooked to the plumbing but the whole house received water from a deep well.

I am only asking because I am thinking possibly a heavy metal is doing this in your reef. Maybe iron? Either way I think it looks really cool.

I am kidding. But I am also talking about the tentacles growing out of the face on the first and third and the split tentacles on the second and the bunched tentacles on the PPE. Come on now.

We are talk about the crazy tenticles that the palys are growing and not the color morph.

Yeah, weird growth forming a second skirt in the middle of the disc. Have any ideas on the specific cause?

Check out the skirts on the last pic, they look like they have growths and are not uniform. That paly is awesome!! I haven't seen skirts like that before...
