Nice choices. Clearer/skunk shrimp do get big. Mine is bigger than my hand spread wide after 6 months and my buddy has 5 that dwarf mine. You do have a nice over hang for it to setup shop and do some cleaning. Clowns really don't need much cleaning or really liked to be cleaned from my experience. The yasha is tiny and a hider.
Hermit crabs I would go with dwarf blue legged. They grow big too IF you give the shells to grow into. Electric blue legs are really cool looking. Mine hides, because the red leg is a jerk and walks all over my corals.
I would let your tank come into its own before adding your 3rd fish. You don't want to bomb your tank.with a bioload it can not handle.
Swales and Swissguard basslet are rated for a 10g. My swissguard is a best friend and sleeps with my clown. He is the best tank mate/model citizen. They also both love the same food. Flakes especially.

What corals do you recommend me picking up? I have a t5 lighting system with a
12,000k bulb white light, a couple easy corals that look pretty?

What size light do you have and how many bulbs? You really need to work on that part if you want to avoid a headache. Having just a T5 bulb doesn't necessarily make it plug and play. You need the right color spectrum if you want good health and growth.

I feel like a Goby wouldn't do so well in a tank of this size. They need multiple burrowing "homes" and plenty of sand to sift through.

Stay within the same species... you don't want to risk it in a tank that small. Sometimes it works out in larger tanks, but there's a better chance that they won't get along too well, especially in a smaller tank like that.

Alright I'll take your advice, And I just did a 50% water change that should get rid of all my ammonia? everything is at 0 except for that and will a 8 ph be okay for my fish and inverts? I'm going to be doing a test tomorrow if everything is ok im going to get my fish where do you recommend i get my pair of clowns from preferably babies I was looking at sustainable aquatics are they trust worthy?

Do not do any more waterchanges untill you are reading 0 ammonia and 0 nitrite.. never do more than a 30% water change unless something dire is happening in the tank. Ph 8 is fine. Preferably your clowns will be less than 2.5" when you first add them. Sustainable aquatics has a very good track record

Are you reading 0 nitrates as well? Im a little concerned that you may have just completely thrown off your cycle

My ammonia was actually reading 0 it seems yesterday I just had to take a closer look. and it red 0 today and after the water change, 0 ammonia 0 nitrate 0 nitrite phosphate 0 ph 8.2

I don't know how you did that.. but you shouldn't be reading 0 nitrates... I would add a small source of ammonia and test for a few more days to make sure the tank is able to convert it. Do you have a large amount of algae growth?

If it was 5 weeks I think that's possible. If I remember right my tank was 12 days when I added my first clown. Still kicking

No green algae, I dont know what other type I would have I added bio spira on the 12th day also my nitrates and nitrite have been reading 0 for a few days now it was just the ammonia that went down 1-2 days ago it was at 0.25
