How is this tank doing? Friend is going to be doing a steel stand for me and I'm curious how you attached the wood to it

I usually do what I call through holes. I weld in 3/8" ID steel tubing. It is the best way I have found to bolt a face frame to the steel stand without compromising the powder coat, and letting moisture into the interior of the tubing. I have welded tabs, but it lacks any artistic expression, and you need to make the face frames bigger. Or if your so inclined, use rare earth magnets inset into the face frame. At the end of the day it will cost you the same. J
