I dont know if I would be loading it down with SPS quite yet. by the looks of all that HA I would say you have a nutrent problem.

I was haveing to only run the PM Bullet-2 on my 65g for 8 hours a day becouse it would loose its foam head after that becouse it is too much of a skimmer for that size tank. You may have to do something like that also.
