Ya the first is a tort.. Never heard of mijagy thou.... The second could be green slimer I'm thinking... They both need to color up some... The colors are kinda bleached...

wow thanks so much everyone for the responses. I am hoping they do well, I looked up the Miyagi tort and that looks like a match to me. The second one looks really yellow in person with a tiny hint of green. Anyways no matter what the names I am happy with them. Thanks again everyone.

what about a cali tort? im not familiar with the miyagi tort but my cali tort has same exact coloration just a bit richer. and second does resemble a slimer but hard to say without a colony shot.

Green Slimer and Yongei are in the same family. Second one definitely appears to be the slimer. I'd stick with just Tort on the first one until it colors up and gets a little bigger.

Wow, quite a discussion. I took another pic so you can see the formation of the second one. In person it has a slight greenish glow to it.

Thanks again to everyone taking interest.

Yep 2nd is a Youngei .(green slimer) . First is some kind of tort . I am not sure but I thought the blue slimer was Acropora formosa .

The first pic could be either A. tortousa or possibly A.austera. In my opinion it's to small to tell for sure yet. I agree the 2nd pic is likely A.yongei which as mentioned is commonly referred to as green slimer. A simple way to tell on that one is to pull it out of the water for a minute and see how slimey it gets. If it's really disgusting then it's likely what we think.
