basically a false wall with 3 chambers. 1st is for skimmer/media, 2nd is a cheato fuge with 2x1w submersible leds, 3rd chamber is heater and return powerhead/maxijet 900. additional water flow by koralia 425. lighting is a 150w HQI with 14k pheonix bulb. micro fan for cooling, and i'll be adding a ATO unit to chamber 1 next week.
livestock includes:
1 pep shrimp
1 fire cleaner shrimp
12 nassurius vibex
4 blue legs
12 nerites snails
lots of stometella snails and pods
misc sps,lps and zoo's, couple leathers

been thinking of doing leds over this tank or upgrading to a 250w MH.

Great work, you should make a bunch and sell them cause that is awesome! Or at least sell the idea before someone else makes alot of money...

I went with LEDs on my 20L and love it. Really helps if you have any heat issues as well with such a small tank.

Only thing I'd say be wary of is the acclimation to the new LEDs as the tank is so shallow.

I actually had somone make the acrylic insert,i just put it all together. the 5.5g insert is way kewl too.

How did you get the black wall made?

Also, what kind of slimmer are you using in such a small space?
