Beautiful aquascape. And beautiful build! I went with the aquatic life 61" fixture also, did you end up using the 24" brackets for the width? Can't wait to see the process following along!

They are only available from what I've seen on aquatic life website. End brackets at 24 and led brackets are 13... Not bad but does give that extra spread

I have nearly the same dimensions 63x30x24, and the same fixture! I'm going to try 3 hydra 52's but those kessil's do have great color!

Here we go time to wet this tank. 10 hours in I am loving my 150 gallon a day RO/DI unit. With 72# PSI it is cranking out some 0 TDS water.

The tank is full the pumps and power head a chugging along. Time to start to cycle this tank. I am going to do a fishless cycle with Dr. Tims one and only and ammonia. The first month I will not have the lights on at all to keep down on algae and let the bio film get on the rocks.

Looks amazing! The scape came out great too!

Just one thing I see as a potential issue: To be perfectly balanced on that wall, you may need to add ANOTHER set up on the right wall!!!

Man great minds do think alike. lol There will be a tank over on that side one day. My wife love the saltwater aquariums but she prefers the softie, polyp and fish. Why more than sticks. So being the nice husband I am I guess I will HAVE to get another tank for her (heavy on sarcasm).

Thanks. Sorry for no responses lately but we were moving in to the new house for the last month and yesterday they finally came to hook up the internet. It has been driving me crazy having the apex system and my AP 700 and no being able to set them up.

The tank has had water in it for 7 weeks I did a no fish cycle with doc Tim's and ammonia. No light on for 5 weeks. Turned to light on manually 2 weeks ago and added 5 blue chromes. Everything is looking great couple more weeks i will add a couple more fish more likely tang and clown fish.

And for those wondering about the Bashee twisted Skimmer this thing is a beast its taken out tons of crap with one heck of a foam head. I will send a picture when I get home from work tomorrow. Only bath thing it is is loud because it is a Becket Skimmer.
