I have been running my tank for about 3 years(1.5 with coral) and i plan to be active in this community

Lighting: Fluval marine and reef 3.0
Filter: aqua clear 50 gallon filter
Uv light: green machine/cheap uv light
I have a sponge filter to increase surface area

Animals: 3 clownfish
One blue and yellow damsel
One ruby scooter Blenny

Clean up crew: one blood red fire shrimp
One blue tuxedo urchin
6 hermits
And more coming soon

This tank is only softies but I plan on changing that once I change my lighting . Any advice and help will be appreciated.

I would get a good quality hob skimmer. Aquamax hob 1.5 is a really good one for that size. I would also get some more flow. A flame angel might be good in there too if you want to risk it.

This.
My HOB 1.5 is a beast highly recommended.

Tank also seems kinda low in the rock department, but thats just me.
Ya. I like to have as much coral as possible so you will want to have so more rock higher up. But make sure you have room for growth

Is that a hang on skimmer? I have one but I am looking into a sump so that would change the skimmer game

It’s definitely low but I don’t have a lot of fish so I hope that isn’t a problem ( might look into more rock )

Looking for a upgrade. Ex: add a sump or getting better lighting ,advice would be appreciated but keep in mind I am a 18 so please add budget friendly options but if it’s some thing new I should add on like a sump I don’t mind saving

I honestly don’t think sumps are too necessary for a tank that size because of all of the hob stuff. But it also depends on what you are going for
