My 400 build

So my long spine urchin broke through the epoxy between rocks and created a collapse that killed it and my stary blenny, so i did a reaqua scape , man no luck recently.

Updated shot of the tank. Added some live rock from a friends old system after he passed away and took in his old fish .

I now have several angels in the tank i added a queen , a Brazilian flame back a pygmy a hybrid lemon peel a yellow belly regal a sohal tang a sailfin and a mystery wrasse and some sort of cardinal fish.
 
Had not been able to post for awhile, but here some pictures before the ligh5s went out , been playing with a metal halide fixture.

Is a 400 close to what it needs? I had a pacu back in the day. I ended getting a cow water tank. It was like 12 foot round and it still was not big enough. I ended up putting in the river just so I could live with my self. I'm sure it died, but I did not know else to do. It was so big I was feeding dog food..
I have a 10inch vlamingi tang .. if I had to say I would say 8 foot length 2.5 wise is a minimum
