Thank you. I think the corals love the extra sun. Maybe the extra sun could be part of my cyno and bubble algae issue?
I just remember an old rule of not placing the tank near a window as it would potentially enhance algae growth. I had luck removing bubble algae via reduced nutrients (zeovit) and manual removal. I used tweezers and a small clear tubing to suck it out reducing the chance of spores bursting and getting into the water column (pumps off). I had a emerald crab but I never actually saw him eating it but he may have also helped.
Same for cyano, used the zeo cyano clean with manual removal.
You tank looks great otherwise. I would just go crazy next water change. Use the small tube, get the syphon going and go to town. You can take your time since you're only taking out a small amount of water over time. Get your wife to help running the tube. That way you can concentrate on manual remove and spotting.
