In the last two days my clam has moved to hang of the side of the rock. It's position makes me nervous, but I guess it's ok. It always amazes me how strong their foot is.

Last night my Radions came down and this ATI Sunpower 8x39w went up. Right now I'm running 2 True Actinics from 8:30am-10:00am. Then they go off and 2 Coral Plus, 2 Purple Plus, 1 True Actinic and 1 Aquablue Special from 10:00am - 7:30pm. Then they go off and the Actinics come back on from 7:30pm - 9:00pm.

It was hard going from the sleek look of the black Radions to a stainless steel fixture. Besides the look of the light itself I am please with the color of the bulbs and the complete coverage of light the give. It will certainly take several months for me to form a better opinion, but I am excited about the change.

Do you run T5s? If so please let me know your bulb combination, schedule and how high off the water you have them. Pictures are always night to see.

I certainly debated hard because of that. The way I see it I spend a lot on everything else to have the best for my corals. $200 every 2 months is worth it if I get the growth and color I'm looking for.

I've very pleased with it to start. It will take several months to see how the corals like it before I can make a decision is the Radions or the ATI T5s are better. I'm happy with the color combo of the bulbs and how the Actinics look at night.

I love ricordeas and yumas. This big mamma Yuma has given me 5 babies. All are loving the new T5 fixture. The colors that are coming out of the babies are amazing!!!
