My 6 lined Wrasse has Popeye

I just got a 6 lined wrasse and noticed it's left eye had a bubble under it when I got home. I have read different things online on what to do but I wanted to see what my fellow reefer's have to say. I do have a QT tank if I need to put her in there but any advice on treatment for her would be really appreciated, I feel so bad for her .

QT tank, dose Epsom salts 1 tablespoon per 5G and source Maracyn (erythromycin).

I would also do a FW dip to check for flukes. If flukes are present dose Prazi twice. 5-7 days apart.

put in qt and use erythromycin antibiotic. Popeye is a gram + bacteria and erythromycin is a gram + antibiotic. If for any reason that doesn't work, then it could be a gram - bacteria and kanaplex can then be used since it treats gram - bacteria. I cured mine fish with popeye with erythromycin.

FWIW Another good medication for eye infections is neoplex. @Frtdrmrose7's plan above should work just fine
