Well as a FYI do not purchase the Tunze Care Strong. I had great hope for this cleaner. The idea is great in concept, but when in play it is a failure. First off the ends were not designed properly and will not lock into the pegs, thus falling off when moving from front to side or visa versa . Tunze USA answer was to silicone them into place after contacting Tunze USA. After spending $75 plus tax the wet side is now rusting and the felt pads on the dry side are sliding off.

Yup mine does the same...I have the acrylic version. Now I use my old credit cards

There is, at the least on mine. The issue with mine is that when designed, then cast. The end pieces are not at the right angle to click into place, there is a small additional bevel. I would bet what happen is Tunze order a bunch of ends and they were delivered and the could not return them and they are making the public eat there poor judgement and there future of Tunze by send product to market the is broken.

Well I will give a video another try tomorrow.

Follow up on the Tunze Strong. Tunze honored the warranty and sent a new wetside mag and it is so much better than the old one.

Thank looks good and doing a water change today with a new box of Aquaforest Reef Salt. Let see were the numbers settle at.
