Looks like you did a real good job mounting it. It should be happy there. One branch in the back has opened up and the rest should open soon. Good Luck.

Here is a shot of one of my Ignitus Anthias I ordered from Divers Den.

New upgrade Looks Great!!!

I picked up my new T5 lamps yesterday thanks to Tomoko and Riley for bringing them to Nashville to the Frag swap meet and saving me a trip. Wow was that a big box or what. I put the lamps in this morning and the kids were a little surprised by the change. I added a Fuji purple, a Gen II K14, and two Blue Plus to replace the stock bulbs in my Coralife 4' fixture. Wow what a difference. I'll be running a shortened cycle and slowly increase the time till everything has time to adjust to the changes. It's an amazing visual change everything looks so vibrant and alive.

I picked up some Florida Ricordea,s , a nice red Acan with about nine heads (not sure the count yet) and a beautiful Green ORA Birdsnest that I purchased from Bob Pike at SeaFishNFrags. (Nice meeting you Bob look forward to seeing you again. I love the piece..) photos still to come on the new additions.

I helped Sean drill his 40B today as well It went great this time.

Nice Rick...what epoxy are you using with the gorgonian? Also as far as the lighting, are you using a 4 bulb T5 HO?

Thanks, I used JB Water Weld that I got from Chris Key. It worked nice. My T5 fixture is a 4 lamp Coralife. I started to buy 2 evergrows but thought I should wait a while before I did the big bucks buy. I'm thinking I might try building my own after seeing Harrys setup. His coverage is more uniform than the smaller LED Boxes. I like that uniform distribution of light.

Here are a few of my new corals and another of my clown.

You may have said before in another thread, but, if so, I've forgotten... can you describe your photography set up? I love the thin DOF.

Mark I used a Cannon 5D MarkII with a EF 100mm 2.8 macro lens for these.
