My 75 gallon reef tank

Rotator cuff injuries stink! Left one took about 1.5 years to get right no surgery. Was usable much sooner just not quite right. The right one still meh with tear and frayed muscles superspinatus is officially lousyspinatus lol. Ortho doc said surgery was to be last ditch my age and with degenerative damage pt would get it as good as it could get more than likely. Still flares up but mostly usable. Hang tough keep at it and you will get there. Will keep good thought and vibes for you.
Your basket has dome nice lookin reef goodness in it! Also like the clown pic classic face they can look so grumpy
Typical clowns lol. I hope you feel better and thank you for the kind words. I have been pushing a little with the home excerses to get as much external rotation and overhead extension I can get.

I bought a Neptune bounce and an OG bounce off two local reefers today. The OG is settling in nicely and getting all fluffy. The Neptune is taking a little longer. Later last night, the Neptune settled in, its still a baby and as they get older, their bubbles change colors (at least its what I was told).

The Tiger pistol shrimp is pretty loud. Doesnt fire off all that much, maybe once or twice in a couple weeks. It loves to hang out under the Bounce House basket though.

Finally in my three years of reef keeping, one of thr 11 nems in the 90 gallon is hosting one of the clowns! I got way too excited and had to show my hubby, he was not nearly as impressed as I was.

Update on the two OG Bounce I bought about a week ago. Everyone is fat n happy. I moved the smaller bouce closer to the bigger one for encouragement (dunmo if it will work, worth a try).

Congrats! One of the most beautiful relationships to observe. Watching a clown feed, clean, and defend its nem is truly amazing.

Thank you! Here I thought my clowns didn't know what a nem was. The symbiotic relationship is amazing and I like Biology. I got a little too excited about it but it comes with the hobby.

Okay, I've been slacking way too much on my build upgrades... I finally went back to work Nov 15th, still not 100% but getting there. I had to sale my Foxface. He was picking at my Sunkist and my OG bounces... few weeks later, I bought a Purple Tang. He's super healthy and always on the move!

Thank you.. I was super bummed, the Foxface was a pretty cool fish. The purple tang has figured out who feeds them, has a personality like no other.

Hey guys and gals, I'm still around been working 100+hrs (I work in our local ER as a Ward Clerk while going to college for my RN degree). Tank is doing okay, kinda slacked on the maintenance and its no one's fault but my own. Working 12hr days, I've been up more then I have been asleep!

We added a different child to our family. Welcome our Pastel Banana Enchi ball python Banana Boy. He's 6 months old and super chill. In a year or so, I plan on getting him a girlfriend and try my hand at a clutch of baby ball pythons.

Grate on the new addition. 12 hour days ugghh. Done enough of those to last a lifetime. Was good money as a youngster but it does kinda suck the life outta ya.
