My 700 litre mixed reef
Hi all, I have been a member of Reef2Reef now for just over a year and thought its time to introduce my tank. I am not going to write a long thread about it I am just going to give a run down of the setup and its contents.
Setup 29th June 2013
Tank size: 580 litres
Sump: 180 litres
Lighting: 3 x 90watt Pharos led light.
Triple Doser for Alk, Ca and Mg.
Skimmer: Reef Octopus 5000int Bubble Blaster
Mechanical Filtration: Vertex universal media reactor ( Have not run anything in it for last 6 months)
Return Pump: Diablo 10500 which also runs the media reactor.
Flow Pumps: 2x Jeboa RW15
Heaters: 2 x 300watt Eheim Jagers
Live Rock: Mix of Fiji/Tongan and Indo +- 75kgs
Sand: Caribsea Seafloor Fiji Pink 70kg
Live Stock
Fish:
1 Yellow Tang
1 Purple Tang
1 Regal Tang
1 Flame Angel
1 Coral Beauty Angel
1 Royal Gramma
1 Cleaner Wrasse
2 Breeding pair of Mandarins ( They spawn often)
2 Common Clowns
Inverts:
2 Black brittle stars
2 Cleaner Shrimp
2 Blood Shrimp
20+ Mexican Turbos , Turbo snails and Turban snails (Breed a lot in my tank)
Corals:
To many to mention sps, lps, softies and zoa's
