nice, personally i would have waited longer than 6 weeks into the tank to buy so much coral that was prolly expensive, just in case something goes wrong.

All rock came from an established system, and cured for 4 months.

If something did go wrong, which I doubt I could always put them in my other tank which has been running for 1.5 years.

Ya reactors are huge huh, they are the bulk reef supply large gfo and carbon reactors. I love them easy to change media, and don't leak like others I have owned.

Also, very curious about your light cycle, dosing and feeding if you've got a few minutes to write it up, your acans look great.

Thanks luvmyacans, I'm up late for some reason tonight........

Lights are sunlight supply t5 commercial unit same as tek I believe, but has only one plug for all 8 bulbs. All bulbs are on for 7 hrs a day. Lights are 32" above water line, and acans are on bottom of 10" tank.

I have been feeding tropic marin lps pellets. I used to feed mysis, but color, growth, and expansion is better with this food for me, and its less of a pain to feed as well. I feed 2-3 times per week.

Since I used to have a Zeovit run SPS tank and have additives left over, I dose aminos, sponge power, and coral vitalizer once a week. Not sure if these are helping I just happen to have them left over. I also dose iodine when I remember.....

Im currently dosing 2 part, and mag but will have my calcium reactor up when I start to get more SPS in there.

I try my best to run this system like I did my SPS reef, as stable as possible.
