I don’t get jealous very often…..but this is one of those times

Your tank is so... soothing. What a wonderful thing you have done, Perry.
Thank you!
I love it, soothing is such an amazing compliment, and I will take it :)
I am over the moon with the class put in to the IM lagoon. I love cubes, this one is so well put together, that I really cannot find fault. I had to customize the bean animal design to quiet the tank, but that's to be expected.
:)

Now that's quite a compliment Charlie!!!
If you like cubes, I needn't say another word, lol...
Not to worry, you had me drooling over that purple speciosa with pink corralites and crazy dang polyps earlier, so there, we're even ;)

I’m sure thirsty, @thirst, will sell you one just like it

Yeah, I can place it somewhere in between my 30+ deepwater smoothies, which I can't even talk about my @therman orders last year, lol...
At this very point you realize that there are doctors and support groups for us addicts!
Then they say, chase your dream, live your life, and go for it!
Then you send Tim a PM...

@Reefahholic
As a follow up, since you were interested, I have some useful data to pass along.
P04- has the natural growth of .01ppm per day, roughly. I have used LC at 3 drops to hold at .07-.12ppm. It generally falls in that range. I am very light on the dose, and only drop 3 drops at .13ppm or above. Test are generally around the same time, feeding is at 4-4:30pm each day, same routine and quantity. I do however put about 5 drops of AF Energy every 3 days or so for additional coral snack. It's mainly lipids and fatty acids.
N03 has a neutral effect, it's tested every 3 days or so, and generally tests between 6-8ppm Today, post water change, it tested at 4.6ppm This is the lowest reading I have seen in years, and looks to be going lower. I am going to just let it go where it goes, and not dose to add or remove.
Still a bit of unsteady biome, I am getting lots of bacteria dusting, everywhere, so I will not dose bacteria for awhile, wanting to have corraline seed plastics and bottom glass. My corals look fantastic, and getting better and better.
Now 10 t5's and 2 orphek OR3 Blue bars, no shortage of light. Some recent pics posted since our last interaction for reference.
Cheers

NIce piece perry! I need to get some lavender in my tank!!it’s all green, blue and dark purple… I do have one light purple piece with red polyps and I’m not sure what it is.. it came with my new tank when I bought it. Looks darker in this photo then it really is.

Hey thanks man!
This one is really taking off, my fastest growing smoothie for sure, possibly Granulosa...
This unique one has 2 different shades of purple, hard to pick up on in photos.
Hopefully that acro will do something sweet for you!

That skinny love is something special.

I love how you/your tanks are quietly some of the best on this forum.

Wow that's a heck of a compliment!!!
Just a basic reefer trying to show that coral color and health are attainable with simple, practical husbandry. Humility is my foundation of life and reefing. I hope to inspire people, whether reefing, or health and vitality, I get pleasure seeing others success! Seeing someone turn their life around and achieve unthinkable goals validates why I push so hard! Reefing requires patience, which balances me. Being in my best physical form requires discipline! At 51 ;)

There's just something about how your run tanks and your threads that I find appealing. Your tanks are amazing yet feel attainable, and were an inspiration for me to keep trying SPS after many failed attempts.

Here's how two my acros are doing

Thank you very much, means the world to me! I am glad things are on track, those corals look good and healthy to me, and color on point :)
Keep up the great work!
This hobby can be downright humbling, so when things are going well, duplicate and enjoy :)
All the best!!!
