My adventure with Berghias...

I got hooked up with some tonight. Got them acclimated and in the tank (hopefully without killing or injuring them too bad). I put 3 in the sump and 6 in an overflow with lots of aiptasia. I actually saw a couple of them go right to a small aiptasia and start eating it. Ill try and get better pics tomorrow and document the progress. And yes I know my overflows are dirty lol.

I tried 4 before but messed up putting them in the tank and had a nitrate spike not long after and I think they died. Hopefully this goes better.

I had a bad problem with aiptasia. Someone gave me 4. Put them in a about an hour after lights went out. Didn't see them for a few weeks. Them one day my aiptasia started to disappear quickly. Then I started to see 25 to 30 at night. Next thing I knew and several months later, my tank was clear of aiptasia. I started to find hundreds of them in the tank, sump, overflow. You name it I found them. I had to get them out because they eat nothing but aiptasia. Long story short, I swear by them. They are awesome.

Had surgery the day after I added them so forgot to add these pics. Not progress pics. Just a little better lighting from the next morning lol. I haven't actually checked on the progress yet.

And yes I know my overflows are dirty. I've never been able to keep clean overflows or a clean sump.
