It was doing great at first, I know they have to be fed. I have all that on hand, and it still only stays about halfway extended. Been in the tank about three months.

FOODS:
Phyto and Zoo PLankton
Reef Roids
Mysis
Neptune Systems Mix

I made a feeding dome out of a water bottle, just to make sure it was getting it. Some thread on here says theirs loves eating skimmate, so I have tried that.

I just want my little guy to be happy!!!!!! Everything else in the tank is doing great!!!!

CURRENT PIC (ABOVE) It never looks "Worse" than this, but never fully extends.

Make sure it has some flow and light. Is it in the same spot when you first got it? If you moved it to a different spot move it back. Water flow
Is so important.

I have been thinking flow all along. I am afraid I may have too much going on in this tank. I am unsure how much flow is too much, and how little etc...I have one Apex WAV turn on (2% power) from 11am-6pm to boost my return from the Reefer

The problem lies with at the start I had a bug (2.5ft) Blue Ridge coral skeleton as a shelved Aquascape. I removed that for more space, and since then I cant find a happy spot.

Light wise it's an AI Hydra 26"

If you can move it back. Your light is fine. For flow they usually like random.

Alvepora or goniporas get cranky when they don't have that flow.

I am going to find a mid-higher flow area, I have been trying to keep in in low flow zones. AND A CORNER...LETS TEST THAT!

Ok find a decent spot and leave it for a while see if likes it give it a day see any improvement. Flowerpot of the ocean swaying in current look awesome good luck.

Indeed I made this in March, and it stole the show for sure.
