Riterri anemones (Heteractis magnifica) are pretty finicky. Idk if that's what you have (I'm not a nem guy), but @OrionN is, so maybe he'll know?

Ok so it doesn't look great but I do believe there is hope.

0 nitrate and 0 phos is a bad mix for any tank. Definitely try to raise those numbers. Most around the hobby keep nitrates under 5 and phose under .1.

Let's get some more help

@OrionN

@Frigus Reef a green spotted puffer!!!

The nem could just need some more time as well.

The tank is pretty new for a nem and thats a tougher nem to keep.

Before you throw it in cipro lets see if Orion chimes in.

Let's also see if @ReefSquad can help

I wished I was informed about the nem before I got it :( I am just worried because when I got it home yesterday today on the after noon it’s mouth was wide open where you can see the insides it’s mouth now is tony bit open :(

Its acclimating....try to keep the parameters as stable as possible.

Test often and don't make any drastic changes.

Are the 3 to really have solid then phos and nitrate are a close 2nd.

It’s gonna be ok, freakin out and throwing things at it likely will only make it worse. Personally I would lower the flow, lower the lights and give it time to adjust. Nems can take several days to exchange water and re-flate in their new environmenu
