How old is the tank? Judging off your post history I'm guessing fairly new? It's been my experience that anemones need a matured tank, generally one that is 10 months to a year old, to live and thrive. They struggle in the parameter swings of new and maturing tanks. So that coupled with your reef roid overdose causing nutrient spikes is probably upsetting it. In all honesty I'd return him to the store and wait for your tank to mature before getting a nem. It took me three years before I worked up the courage to get one ;)

It was doing perfectly fine until gesterday i was thinking on doing a big water change will it help?

I wouldn't. A big water change can cause mini cycles, which is worse than letting your current condition ride out.
