My angry little mushroom

My mushroom is ticked right off lol.

Guess it didn't like the home I picked for it and it detached and rolled into this little cave. I will have to leave him be for the night then pick up a small enough container to fit in the nano tank with some rubble. Or do you think I should let nature do its thing and see if it attaches itself there and see how it does?

When he isn't so miserable he is about the size of a quarter or so.

I'd do it myself, no telling where it may tumble to without you knowing. Just get some rubble and tupperware like you mentioned.

Yeah good plan. I don't have anything on hand that will fit, but I will try and makeshift something for the night.

Off hand do you know how long they take to reattach?

Nice solution. It is always best since I know when I just let the shrooms go where they want they tend to go into places I can't see them haha.

In regards to shrooms, I have had some take about a week to attach firmly to a rubble all the way to 3 weeks. Might have been sooner for that 3 week one if I didn't move the rubble and disturb its attaching after the first week.

Yeah like @kichimark mentioned, be patient with it. I had a mushroom take about 3 weeks to attach and probably due to me being impatient and checking.

A shotglass and piece of rubble worked well for me. I think @footgal suggested it.

The shot glass with rubble with an optional mesh over the top to prevent the mushroom from blowing out. BRS at one point sold a little attachment cap thing I’ll see if I can find a pic
