My Apogee MQ-200 .. What is the use of it? can I still use it on my Radion G5 Blue lamps, or is it no longer suitable for it? An MQ-510, for now and then I don't want to. I had thought that Seneye would work, but unfortunately it measures 1000 PAR where my Apogee still shows 350 or so.

The older quantum sensor is still very accurate (certainly better than the Seneye), it’s just not as sensitive in very low spectrum. It should still be very close to the 510 (like within 5%). IMHO use it to get into the ballpark and then let the corals tell you what they like. It shouldn’t matter if it reads like 200 but the actual PAR is 212.4.

thanks ! then I can still keep my MQ-200.
