No I haven't been I just let it go I knew what it was but didn't think u could cure LLD but I don't have a build thread on here what's that? I build my own refugiums I have a dual I'm using for my 125 that's about 40 gallons.

I do add amino acids for the sps and I feed a full spectrum frozen cube mix they all love and they get tons of copepods

Oh yeah it's totally reversible.

Get some nori, it's fairly easy to find even at grocery stores. Soak it in Selcon or similar product, see link below. It is a slow recovery but definitely worth the effort. Also try some quality flakes or pellets.

A build thread is sort of a tank journal, documenting how your tank came to life, your trials and tribulations, your hopes and dreams ... and a place to show it off as it evolves from a glass box filled with air and accessories to a thriving aquatic community. These threads can be very helpful to newer folks planning a build, experienced reefers seeking new ideas - and folks who just want to ogle pretty corals and fish! Your DIY refugiums, for instance, sound interesting...
