My bamboo shark is not doing well

She has recovered a little bit but still wont eat.i have kept her in a qt tank

give her fresh clam on half shell, small piece fresh shrimp ,partially under small rock, lights out,
leave her be ,check back 6-8 hrs later see if she ate , remove uneaten food ,watch params !

The rash is gone after i put her into a separate tank and isolate her.and also i give air stones into the water to increase the water oxygen level

Great !! You either reduced stress, nitrates or both. Focus on water quality.
Sharks eat often and make a mess. Best foods are fish meat, crab meat, lobster, scallops, fresh shrimp and squid

She still wouldn’t touch her food and i check the water parameters nitrite 0ppm,nitrate 3ppm,ammonia 0ppm. I have tried fresh shrimp,squid,silver side,clams,brine shrimp and live shrimp

How are you testing nitrates ( what test kit?)
Still havent heard what type of tank filters, and what type of tank

I use test kit from api and i use top sump filter

Please take a water sample to an LFS that does not use api kits and see what readings they come up with and to compare with your readings
A false reading can be an issue here
