I've done a lot of reading and researching about my aiptasia problem and looking for a clear answer on how to eliminate /control the problem.
Certain fish and fish may help but they may eat other things that your trying to keep. That was not the route I wanted to go.
I have tried Kalk paste, and though it has worked for me in the past, it was not working on my tank this time. I have completely rearranged my tank and cutting off rock to kill them. I put rock in bleach and vinegar to try and kill them. Only to have them pop up again. I tried Molly Miller. Well that didn't go so well either.
I have read about the nudis but was very skeptical on them working. I thought it was more of a sales pitch or snake oil. These things are tiny, how could they move around the tank and destroy aiptasia? You would think other animals would do better.

So my brother tried them on his tank. He texted me and said nudis was the answer.
So I gave it a try.
After putting them in RIGHT NEXT TO a aiptasia they walked right by.... Yup snake oil I thought.
But, the next day the aiptasia was gone! The next few days I spent searching for nudis or aiptasia in my tank. Found 0 nudis and a lot of aiptasia. They weren't disappearing like I thought they would. So now after a couple weeks, I looked again and where I saw aiptasia before, now they are gone. Not all, but a lot. These guys also crossed sand beds to get to the next rock.
So, I'm now a believer. These guys are working even though you don't see them working. We will see in a month or 2 for sure.
Thanks for reading!

I’ve had success with them also.

Mine arrived yesterday. I hope I have success with them.

Been using them for about a month now. They're definitely nocturnal. Try looking at night with a red filter flash light and you'll see them swarming one or 2 aiptasia. They seem to feed in groups.
