Hello there.
I want to be open today. I have a struggle in reef keeping: my indecisiveness and inability to stay with my decisions.
Here’s how it plays out in my tank: I find something I want to change, next, research it to death, after go back and fourth between my options, I make a decision, and usually, doubt my choice.
Some actual examples:
Switching from LED’s to T5. I was never able to decide on an LED color. Kept changing it daily (literally). In my case, T5’s were a godsend because it make me happy with a choice and it was done. But it took a long time of researching to switch to LED’s.
Next: my aquascape: I wanted minimal, members suggested that I need more rocks. Added rocks. Not happy.
Here’s a good one: deciding on my QT method. Hybrid TTM; Copper, metro, and prazi; Copper formalin; and more. I went back and fourth.
I know that every reefer has their own struggles — this is mine.
I kindly thank the members for reading my many threads and even taking time to answer me.
Happy reefing.
