....thoughts.

So I've decided on the BC32 w/stand, perfect fit for my corner. My set up as follows. but not etched in stone and most items haven't been purchased. I've called around to several LFS and it seems they don't carry LR/LS, and suggested CaribSea sand and Liferock, but I like Marco Rocks better from the reviews I've read. Here goes.

25lbs Marco Rocks. (or more?)
25lbs CaribSea Seafloor Special Grade Reefsand.
Two Little Fishies AccuraSea1 Artificial Saltwater Mix
Two Little Fishies Bactiv8 NPX.
Going to run the stock LED and the stock pump for now, but plans to upgrade the pump to something heavier duty and much quieter.
I know I need a good test kit (thoughts) and other supplies that'll come before I get moving.

Future plans, LED upgrade (Steve's or?), HOB Protein Skimmer, Maxspect Gryo 300 and an RODI system, the RODI may come sooner, and I'm looking for a nice quality budget system without breaking the bank that can handle the load for a BC32. If I've missed something and or you guys have other recommendations, tools, tube, pumps, powerheads, please feel free.

Thanks, looking forward to getting back in, slow and steady, I want this done right, the first time.

I would go with the Macro rock. (see my build thread)
I like the Tropic Eden Reef Flakes for sand.
I have never used, Two Little Fishies AccuraSea1 Artificial Saltwater Mix orTwo Little Fishies Bactiv8 NPX
Im sure they will work for setting up your tank.
The bacteria I have used is FritzZyme Turbo Start 900, Biospira, Dr Tims.
For salt mix I have used Instant Ocean, Reef Crystals, Red Sea. Its not real important to have a certain salt mix until you have some coral.

Just another option, but check out pukani rock I love it. It's super easy to create holes and caves with, and it's also very porous. I used aragonite special grade sand and doesn't seem to get blown around too much by the power heads. For salt mix you cant go wrong with Instant ocean it's cheap and consistent.

Thanks for the tips guys, going to look into the options.
