My bird wrasse injured herself

She was literally fine an hour ago and now I just looked back and her underbelly looks cut. I don't know what to do

That really looks like a prolapse. Sometimes these invert back on their own, but not always.
I’ve had our veterinarian try to push the intestines back in and throw a stitch or two to hold them in, but never on a fish this small though.
I’ve heard different reasons why this might occur - constipation, flagellate protozoans most commonly.
Sorry I don’t have a treatment for you….
