My blue and yellow damsel has marks on him???

My blue and yellow damsel has marks on him and they are getting bigger. I first thought (And still kind of think) that is was from my chromis hazing him. The pictures show this as a white mark, but its kind of clear (Not white) like almost see through. Could he be sick? Sorry I am a complete newbie. Any help is appreciated

If present, dose Prazipro or General Cure and 1 week later redose.
