oh dang i wish mine looked that awesome, mine bubble all the way to the end with not little cupie head looking thing on the end.

is it true that sometimes they just wont bubble up if moved from one tank to another?

i wish i could give you guys advice on how to make them bubble
ive had em for 15 years and personally have found them to bubble up more under t5 than anything
but that could be temp related as well
imo lots of flow is more important than lighting

Thats a really nice looking BTA!! I Love the different colored tips and the super "bubbly" appearance! Does it split often?

well i started with 1 in 1994 and and have had close to 40 of them from the original guy
so i guess like 3 to 4 splits a year if my math is right

lol... i doubt that ,i couldnt tell you which one was the original
i started with one 15 years ago
i dont know which ones in the picture
that tank has like 23 in it atm
