You can wait if you have some way to monitor ammonia (like a Seachem badge or a Seneye monitor). But usually, once it goes, ammonia spikes within the next 2 hours. So keep a very close eye on it. Once you see what looks like filaments and goo rising above the anemone, take it out ASAP.The tank has been running for a year. I have another rose bubble tip and he is fine. When I saw the BTA like that and when i tried to move the BTA and noticed that the water was warmer. I think my heater sensor was broke and the water temp was at 84. The heater temp still shows 76. So I did the water change and dropped the water temp to 78. I think the water temp may have caused it.
As for the water parameters, ammonia is good, nitrate and nitrite is fine too. Is it totally dead? or should I wait a day?
