My BTA is dying and want to know id BTA can heal at this point. There seems to be a hole in the mouth but the tentacles are still moving a little. Should i wait it out or what action should I take? Please help.

Nope, it's gone. You're probably going to want to remove it ASAP before you have a big nitrate spike. Tell us about your tank. How new is it, how did you start it (live or dry sand and rock?) and what are your parameters?

The tank has been running for a year. I have another rose bubble tip and he is fine. When I saw the BTA like that and when i tried to move the BTA and noticed that the water was warmer. I think my heater sensor was broke and the water temp was at 84. The heater temp still shows 76. So I did the water change and dropped the water temp to 78. I think the water temp may have caused it.

As for the water parameters, ammonia is good, nitrate and nitrite is fine too. Is it totally dead? or should I wait a day?

You can wait if you have some way to monitor ammonia (like a Seachem badge or a Seneye monitor). But usually, once it goes, ammonia spikes within the next 2 hours. So keep a very close eye on it. Once you see what looks like filaments and goo rising above the anemone, take it out ASAP.

Reduce light for staters and provide moderate water flow
What is your:
Ammonia
Nitrate
Phosphate
Salinity
Water temperature
Ph level??

Maldonado elevate it off the sand which could be irritating it

Don't pull it. It's not quite dead yet..

Thanks for all the advices.

I won't be able to monitor it tomorrow when i go to work. I have a one gallon tank that I am not using. Should I move it to the 1 gallon tank and wait it out there?

After the water change, my BTA seemed to be on his way to recover. The tentacles seems to be coming back. Any thoughts?
