My cardinal fish swallowed uncured superglue

I am freaking out, guys. Please help!

My cardinal fish just ate a blob of uncured reef superglue that got loose from fragging a coral. He is doing fine, but I've tried feeding him to see if it clogged anything. He took the food, but after a while, he spit it back out. I hope his esophagus and pharyngeal jaw movements are not glued shut. Please help; I feel so bad and helpless. If it is glued shut, will it eventually dissolve?

You should be fine. Unless freshly wet and even so will quickly solidify and hopefully was not fully ingested
Try brine shrimp which often acts a laxative

The good news - is that when this has happened before - it usually resolves - with growth of underlying tissue - and then the glue is expelled. However - the times I've seen this are when the glue is on the lips (and glued shut - or almost so). I have not seen a fish eat a glob. So - 1. I don't think there is much you can do and 2. Can you let everyone know what happens

How is this fishes breathing rate?
If it is not freaking out then it will likely be ok.
If it's "doomed" I don't think there is a proceedure other than prayer that will change the outcome.

I hope it's fine. I have seen more than one post similar where fishes have eaten glue and so far I have not heard of any fishes dying from it. I have seen or heard of them gluing their mouths shut but it seems to be only a temporary problem that eventually passes. Time will tell.

For now. It should be ejected from mouth fully as soon as overnight

If it is not freaking out then it will likely be ok.

Thank you Kris, yes I've seen as well where the month was shut and it eventually fell off. Unfortunately, in my case he is a large 3.5 inches cardinal with a big appetite and mouth and I saw that big blop going right in this mouth. At first he was struggling trying to open and close its mouth. Eventually he settled. He is breathing fine. Floating as usual but I'm so worried that it glued his esophagus or stomach.

I will give updates! I plan on putting Epson salt in the tankjust in case he will have difficulties passing anything.
