my Chromis BLues! on my camera phone

Definately one of my most fav zoas since i was able to name them! =)

but yea pictures were taken with my sony ericsson w800i camera phone!

this pic was taken w/ the tanks lights off and only natural sunlight coming in from the window from the right.

other than that others were taken under 250 MH 14k's

I got them locally from a LFS about a year back. haven't seen them anywhere since. they were more of a green w/ a tint of blue when i bought them but within a few weeks under my metal halides they became more of a sky/ baby blue w/ a hint of green. =)

wow.. nice camera phone.. they look a lot like the Daisy Dukes that ultimate had a while back..

do they look like these?

Those are pretty sweet bngowe.....

the daisy dukes looks similar but i dont' think they are the same. the chromis blues are much more of a vibrant light blue and paly is fully bluish green. daisy dukes seems to be blue and fade out..also it has a greenish tint in the fringe. pretty much the color practically is identical to that of the blue-green chromis.

i believe these are the ones ultimate calls daisy dukes. i could be wrong tho..

this is my chromis under the halide bulb

under only actinics, i get this really rich blue w/ a yellow dot in the center. they're incredible..

yea marine flora, the daisy dukes aren't the chromis.

I think the chromis I have might be a slightly diff. varation though.
mine don't have the lines and there isn't a yellow dot.
coloration seems pretty much the same though. I gotta say your chromis do look very nice though! for me, i could never really capture its true color on my camera thoughbecause what's neat is .. like the fish.. at diff angles it kinda changes from baby blue to a greenish tint.
