My chromis scale looks like its falling off.

Hi I just noticed my chromie is acting weird breathing hard, and just staying near the top of the vent. It looks like his scales are falling off or white burns on his side.
I have a royal gamma also in the tank that is completely fine. Just hiding as usual.
Is it some kind of disease?

Could it be nips from pecking order? Just a thought, I’ve seen it on my smaller green Chromis from bigger ones and heals very quickly (in my QT)

Is it your only Chromis? What are its tank mates?

I also think it could be nips from other fish. I would look into uronema as it is common in chromis and leads to scale loss, but usually it is in kne concentrated point and is red from what I have experienced

All of my chromis get this periodically it is nips from each other and other fish. They have always healed so far.

32 gallon. I just have 1 chromi and 1 royal gramma

No red spot, it just looks white discolored

How did this turn out? My chromis have these white patches also.
