My cleaner shrimp ate healthy clam!

So my 30$ cleaner shrimp ate my little clam... perfectly healthy during the day and eaten by night after lights went out. I want to whack that dang shrimp....so no more clam!!

Generally they don’t which leads me to believe the clam may have given in from condition or even pyramid snails and possibly a crab within its shell.
Clams will not tolerate:
Salinity above 1.026
Temperature above 80
Alk above 9
CA above 470
Nitrate above 10
Ph above 8.4

None of the #s in my tank are bad and my clam was perfect yesterday! He ate every piece of meat from the shell...its cleaned bone dry ....before the light went out it was perfect...little but perfect! Calcium is 460 Salinity 1.025 Nitrates .2 phosphate 0 (always registers that way) PH 8.2 mag 1430 KH 8.6 but my entire tank is happy!!
