My clove polyp is sucked into itself

Is this natural behavior It was just fine when I checked last night and also all the other polyps are like not very wavy and kind of contracted. Any help would be much apreciated:D

That's normal. I have some on my tank and sometimes they all closed and opens up later.
 
That's normal. It will open up again when it's ready.
 
Ok also why would the other ones be so stiff is it because I have them in to hi flow or is it to hi light or is it just natural
 
If you places the coral in high flow, the polyps should be waving. High lighting will make the polyps more compact and grow lower to the rock. Low lighting will make the polyp more lanky as it stretch out towards the light.
